Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated PT Aide to support therapists in daily patient care at our Clarksville clinic. You will help set up treatments, maintain equipment, assist with exercises, and perform light administrative tasks to keep the front desk and treatment areas running smoothly.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, can work autonomously, and have basic PC skills (EMR, MS Office).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preference for allied health career.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support team efforts.
