Job summary

Converse Houston in Cypress, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to join the Nike family. The role covers 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and focuses on exceptional customer service and team leadership.

You will learn and train on the latest products, support store operations, and help create an engaging shopping experience. Nike offers discounts, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities for committed team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
