Job summary

Converse West Palm Beach is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role requires you to work 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays, and to model Converse’s values on every customer interaction.

You’ll train with the latest products, support inventory, and ensure visual displays align with brand standards while keeping the store welcoming and energetic for shoppers and teammates

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
