Ball State University is seeking a PT Student Support Assistant on campus. You will be the first point of contact at Cardinal Central, greeting students, families, and visitors, and assisting with the queuing system and information requests.

Position Function: The position functions as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at Cardinal Central. Assists with signing guests into our queuing system and provides general information about the university, on-campus programs, and events. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing the Welcome Desk operation, ensuring the reception area’s smooth operation, and supporting Cardinal Central’s administrative and student services functions.
