Responsibilities include coordinating large events, Welcome Tents, early alert outreach, and collaboration with Advising and Student Affairs. Requires experience with higher education settings and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in higher education, advising, student activities, enrollment services, or customer service environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive student information with confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Back-to-School Bash planning and implementation with campus departments and community partners.
• Organize and staff Welcome Tents during the first week of each semester and assist students with campus resources.
• Plan and coordinate End-of-Year Student Celebration and recognize student involvement.
• Monitor early alert lists and conduct proactive outreach to high-risk students.
• Partner with Academic Advising to coordinate intervention and retention efforts.
• Maintain records of outreach, engagement activities, and outcomes; analyze data for improvement.
