Primary Purpose

The primary role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, retrieving carts, vacuuming, and collecting trash. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas, perform hourly clean sweep.
4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Learn to operate required equipment and tools.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the role.
• Hold and maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand company policies as outlined in the policy manual and team member handbook.

Salary Range

$15.00 - $18.00 Hourly
