This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, retrieving carts, cleaning, and collecting trash. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect trash, operate the trash compactor.
3. Perform housekeeping: keep floors and work areas clean, sweep hourly.
4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to use or learn to use relevant equipment and tools.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper, approved clothing and shoes.
• Maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
