Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, retrieving carts, cleaning, and waste management. We serve communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey, fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity, care, courage, integrity, teamwork, and humor. Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas, perform hourly clean sweep.
4. Collect, stack, and return carts to the front of the store.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear approved clothing and shoes.
• Maintain valid licenses, certificates, or permits as required.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours or more depending on needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, Walk: 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
