Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness and trash collection in the store.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and stack carts, push carts to the front-end.
3. Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks regularly.
4. Operate trash compactor and manage waste.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to learn and use necessary equipment.
• Meet performance and attendance standards.
• Complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the role.
• Maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the time.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.
