Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment. Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor, perform housekeeping, and keep work areas clean.
3. Manage carts: collect, stack, and push them back to the front of the store.
4. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
• Maintain valid licenses, certificates, or permits required for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
