Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant. You will drive fitness program sales, assign trainers to clients, and push toward aggressive sales targets while delivering a motivating client experience.

You’ll coordinate with the PT team to ensure a high-quality journey, from onboarding to achieving results, in a fast-paced club setting. The role emphasizes proactive member engagement, funneling leads to new clients, and matching goals with dotFIT offerings.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily.
• Lead CrunchONE Kickoff and pair clients with trainers.
• Schedule and coordinate trainers to meet client goals.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with bookings and billing.
• Team Builder: foster collaboration and trust in the trainer team.
