Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness program sales and connect clients with trainers. You’ll build a high-energy, member-focused sales funnel and coordinate with a team of trainers to deliver personalized programs.

Responsibilities include engaging members daily, guiding them through kickoff experiences, and matching clients with trainers to achieve results. The role emphasizes a proactive, achievement-driven mindset within a gym setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications within 120 days.

• Engage with current or new members daily; guide member journey.
• Set up clients with a trainer and align with dotFIT programs to help goals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets; hand off to PTs for a strong member experience.
