Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including cutting fruit, setting up, and ensuring all items are stocked and fresh.
2. Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Capable of using or learning to use job-related equipment and tools.
• Perform all functions safely and wear proper clothing and shoes.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs., category IV: up to 35 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand and follow company policies as outlined in the manual and handbook.
