City of Gahanna is seeking a Site Coordinator to support recreation programs and events for adults and families. You will manage registrations, coordinate trips and activities, and provide front-desk and on-site support during trips and programs.
The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, with a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours. A high school diploma and relevant recreation experience are expected, with opportunities for certification and training.

Candidates should enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.
Starting Salary Range: The starting salary is between the minimum and midpoint of the range ($24.06 hourly - $29.47 hourly).
Candidates will start at the minimum of the range unless their skills, experience, education or other factors exceed the qualifications for the position.

Any combination of education, training and experience as listed below which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. A typical way to qualify is with a High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in general recreation programming OR; Associate’s degree in Parks and Recreation or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in general recreation programming OR; Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation or related field of study.
