As a Youth Development Lead Recreation Assistant, you'll be the leader responsible for the daily success of an afterschool and camp program site, guiding staff, building strong relationships with students and families, and serving as the primary connection between the program and school partners. Your leadership will set the tone for the entire site, helping create a positive, safe, and engaging experience where children can learn, grow, and build confidence each day.
