Job summary

iHeartMedia in Maitland, FL is seeking a Part-time Promotions & Events support role. You will help plan and execute local events, coordinate logistics, and work with Sales, Programming and Marketing to drive listener engagement and revenue.

The role offers flexible evenings/weekends, on-site duties, and opportunities to contribute to major brand experiences such as concerts and live broadcasts. A driver’s license is required and a variety of benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams, clients, and listeners.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with basic content creation tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing local events and promotions aligned with brand and client objectives.
• Coordinate venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop integrated campaigns.
• Lead on-site during events to ensure smooth execution and professional representation.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create memorable brand experiences and collect feedback.
• Manage promotional inventory and ensure materials are prepped and transported as needed.
• Support digital and social media efforts by capturing content and reporting event performance.
