Job summary

Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Memory Care Culinary Aide to support dining services for our residents. You’ll help present and serve meals, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and assist with resident requests in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

The position offers a 4:30pm–8:00pm schedule with weekday and weekend shifts. Prior Assisted Living kitchen experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living kitchen settings preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentation and serving of meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities.
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously.
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences.
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction.
