Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities at Ridgeway, Assisted Living and Memory Care in New Ulm, MN is seeking a dedicated Culinary Aide to assist with meal presentation and serving to residents. You’ll maintain dining area cleanliness, accommodate dietary needs, and help create a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior Culinary experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction

• Schedule: Both Full-Time and Part-Time available. The Fulltime is: Monday-Friday and every other weekend 7am-3pm 75 hours per pay period. The Part-Time is: 36 hours per pay period, M-F 4p-7p and Every other weekend 7a-3p
• Shift Differential: $1 PM (2pm-10pm). $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am)
