Job summary

Vista Prairie Ridgeway is hiring a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a supportive Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. The role is full-time, PM shift (11AM–7PM), with 75 hours per pay period and a base pay of $18.92–$23.81 per hour plus shift differentials.

You will follow menus and dietary guidelines, maintain safety and sanitation standards, keep the kitchen clean, and provide friendly service to residents and staff. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in Culinary Arts or 1 year cooking experience.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.

• Follow health regulations for sanitation and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
