Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role at its Sunrise, FL location. You will join a team that values your clinical voice and provides mentorship while maintaining flexibility in scheduling.

The position requires a DPT, active state license, NPTE eligibility, and prefers 1 year of PT experience. You will evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families on home programs.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
