Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville, IL. You will provide high-quality, flexible PT services, maintaining the same clinical standards as the full-time team while benefiting from a schedule you choose.

Requirements include a DPT, current IL license, NPTE, and optional 1 year experience. Duties include evaluating and updating treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
