Job summary

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and adjust plans based on outcomes, while educating patients and families on home exercises to prevent injury. Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
