Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Olney, IL seeks a Physical Therapist for PRN coverage to maintain continuity of care with our established team.

Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active state license and NPTE, and ideally 1 year of PT experience; you'll evaluate and implement individualized plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
