Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Raeford, NC seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver consistent, high-quality care with flexible daytime shifts. You will join a leadership team of experienced therapists who uphold the same clinical standards and voice in care as our full-time staff.

You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred


• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines


• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
