Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team in Quincy, FL. You’ll schedule your own shifts while remaining part of a supportive team of clinicians focused on quality care.

Start date is 1/1/27. The role requires a DPT, a current FL PT license, NPTE eligibility, and a preference for 1 year of PT experience. PRN daytime positions at Riverchase Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
