Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a clinician-led network prioritizing the therapist's voice. The company has grown from nine facilities in North Carolina to 275 facilities across 16 states, maintaining roots in patient-centered care.

In this role you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines, and diligently document patient progress, adjusting plans based on outcomes to improve recovery.

Formación

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
