Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted state PT license and be eligible to sit/submit NPTE results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
