Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist to join our team at Helia Healthcare of Energy in Energy, IL. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with other disciplines, and monitor patient progress.

The role emphasizes education for patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. A DPT and active IL license are required, with NPTE passing and a preference for 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
