Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist in Duluth, MN at the Franciscan Health Center to deliver patient-centered care. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and monitor patient progress in a PRN schedule.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
