Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Front Royal, VA for a full-time daytime role. The position focuses on patient-centered care, developing and adjusting therapy plans in coordination with the care team.

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
