Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a PRN position in Sandstone, MN. The role emphasizes clinical voice, flexibility, mentorship, and a collaborative team approach with full-time therapists.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, an active PT license (NPTE pending if required), and prefers prior PT experience. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating plans, tracking progress, and educating families on home programs.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
