Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team at Cura of Sandstone in Sandstone, MN. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes documenting progress, adjusting plans based on outcomes, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. A DPT and an active state license (NPTE) are required, with 1 year of PT experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
