Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist for PRN work at Cura of Le Sueur in Le Sueur, MN. You will join a team that values your clinical voice and offers mentorship and respect, with flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an unencumbered state license with NPTE passage, and 1 year of PT experience preferred. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
