Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients at Cura of Watkins in Watkins, MN. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

A DPT and active MN license are required, with NPTE passage expected. PRN schedule offers flexibility while joining a supportive team.

Formación

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
