Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis in Rome, GA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans of care, and collaborate with other clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy and GA license, with NPTE clearance, and ideally have 1 year of PT experience. This role emphasizes patient education, progress documentation, and home exercise program guidance.

• Current, unencumbered GA Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
