Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking Physical Therapists to support patient care at Delmar Gardens of Overland Park in Overland Park, KS. The role is PRN, focusing on delivering high-quality therapy through collaborative, patient-centered care.

Required is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), active state license, and NPTE eligibility. Prior PT experience is preferred, with responsibilities including evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education for home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
