Job summary

Provo City is seeking a part-time Parking Enforcement Officer to join our Development Services Team in Provo, Utah. The role involves patrolling assigned areas for parking violations, citing violators, and assisting the team.

The position offers 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 12:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience with public interaction, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year of experience in a customer service-related field involving regular in-person interaction with the public.
• A valid, lawful Driver License and acceptable driving record at the time of and through employment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas for parking violations on foot and/or by vehicle.
• Safely operate department vehicles and cite violators.
• Assist other team members and perform related duties as required.
