Job summary

Equinox is seeking a high-energy Personal Trainer to empower clients through personalized fitness programs. You will work under two managers to shape programming, education, business, and financial planning for a rewarding PT career.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• PT Business Management
• Build and maintain an active client base
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services
• Interact with members to enhance workouts and club experience
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions
• Attend Continuing Education classes and meetings
