Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Radiologic Technologist/Radiology Assistant required.
• 1–3 years of direct patient care preferred; healthcare office experience a plus.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in limited-scope radiology; X-ray experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and communication skills; comfortable with an electronic medical record.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, registration, and payment collection preferred.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Front desk patient access: greet, register, verify insurance, collect payments, update records.
• Clinical care support: obtain vitals, health history, assist with procedures, document in EMR.
• Limited radiology duties after training, take basic X-rays following safety protocols.
• Clinic operations: maintain front desk and treatment areas, follow HIPAA and safety rules.
