Job summary

Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician IV to support one of our apartment communities in Mobile, AL 36618. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.

You’ll perform advanced maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, troubleshoot appliances and building systems, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position.

What We’re Looking For
