Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician IV for an apartment community in Mobile, AL 36606. You will perform advanced maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and HVAC system installations and repairs.

You will troubleshoot appliances and building systems, complete service requests in a timely and professional manner, follow OSHA safety regulations, provide strong customer service to residents, work both independently and as part of a

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC systems installation and repairs knowledge.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC system installation and repairs: compressors, condensers, air handlers.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with residents.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Performadvanced maintenance and repairsincludingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repairappliances and building systems
• Completeservice requestsin a timely and professional manner
• Follow allOSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strongcustomer servicewhen interacting with community members
• Work bothindependently and as part of a team
• Participate inon-call rotationfor after-hours emergencies
• Assist withpreventative maintenance and additional tasksas needed
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ year of maintenance experience(multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge ofHVAC systems installation and repairs
• EPA & HVAC certification required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills
• Strongelectrical and plumbingtroubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
