Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for one of our apartment communities in Mobile, AL. This full-time, on-site role focuses on hands-on upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems to keep the property running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot appliances, complete service requests promptly, and follow OSHA safety guidelines while delivering excellent customer service to residents. Opportunity for advancement to Maintenance IV is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Must have minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Must have appliance troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
