Job summary

Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician III to support one of our apartment communities in Mobile, AL 36066. This hands-on role performs general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry; troubleshoots appliances and building systems; and completes service requests with safety and customer service in mind.

Applicants should have 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily settings, EPA & HVAC certification, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Must have minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Must have appliance troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance IV position.

What We’re Looking For
