Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this job is to clean office spaces, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, remove trash, operate cleaning equipment, and handle spills.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed.
7. Use cones to mark hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Complete the company's introductory period.
• Read, write, and communicate in English related to job and safety regulations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
