The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check dates, update pricing, and perform all departmental tasks as needed.
2. Resupply island items, including moving cartons of oil, refilling containers, and restocking paper towels.
3. Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
4. Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
5. Assist customers and complete transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job cycle: Continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: Up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, walk: 45%.
• Pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
