Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies in the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the gas station, including safety and emergency response.
2. Assist customers with transactions and inquiries.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gas station area, including snow removal and trash collection.
4. Resupply island items, check dates, and adjust pricing as needed.
5. Train and supervise team members in department tasks.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Meet physical and ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Job involves lifting, carrying, and static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
