Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise, and train team members; check dates, update pricing, and perform all departmental tasks as needed.
• Resupply island items such as oil cartons, cans, and window washer solutions; refill paper towel racks.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
• Assist customers and complete transactions.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Ability to use or learn to use required equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45% of the time.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
