Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is seeking a dedicated Gaming Lounge Attendant to support operations at our facilities. You will welcome members, monitor activities, and ensure a clean, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include assisting with event setups, enforcing center policies, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate shows strong customer service, independence, and basic computer and gaming knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid certification (we will provide the certification upon employment if needed)
• Ability to work independently
• Basic gaming knowledge and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Gaming Lounge and assist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents
• Enforce policies and procedures specific to the Gaming Lounge
• Perform routine cleaning of gaming equipment and lounge areas
• Set up for daily activities and operations
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for members and guests
• Attend staff trainings and meetings

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Gaming Lounge including the games and equipment
• Enforce policies and procedures specific to the Gaming Lounge
• Routine cleaning of e-gaming equipment, rented equipment, and all areas of the Gaming Lounge
• Ensure operation of all gaming equipment, computers, and accessories
• Complete preventative maintenance and cleaning
• Set up for daily activities and operations
• Assist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents/accidents
• Assist Professional Staff and Building Managers as requested
• Understand and demonstrate competencies in the area of the Emergency Action Plan
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Attend all staff trainings and meetings
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for Health and Recreation Center members and guests

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
