Job summary

CENTERS, LLC in Palatine, IL seeks a diligent Gaming Lounge Attendant to monitor the gaming lounge, assist members, and uphold policies in a busy fitness center environment.

You will help with setups, maintain safety, and participate in staff trainings while providing friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid certification (we will provide the certification upon employment if needed).
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Gaming Lounge including the games and equipment.
• Enforce policies and procedures specific to the Gaming Lounge.
• Routine cleaning of e-gaming equipment, rented equipment, and all areas of the Gaming Lounge.
• Ensure operation of all gaming equipment, computers, and accessories.
• Complete preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Set up for daily activities and operations.
• Assist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents/accidents.
• Assist Professional Staff and Building Managers as requested.
• Understand and demonstrate competencies in the area of the Emergency Action Plan.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Attend all staff trainings and meetings.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for Health and Recreation Center members and guests.
