Qualifications

• PhD or EdD required with focus in health education or related field.
• Active PT license in AZ.
• Minimum six years full-time higher education experience.
• Minimum of three years as core faculty in a CAPTE-accredited entry-level program.
• Experience in administration, leadership, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Assess and report program metrics (faculty workload, student satisfaction, graduation rates) to meet goals.
• Develop instruction aligned with course load requirements using current teaching methods.
• Engage students in class and mentor outside hours.
• Incorporate research resources and experiential activities to support learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress and scholarly behaviors per accreditation standards.
• Assist with curriculum design and advocate for pedagogical changes.
